What countries do you ship to?
We ship International and to Australia using AUSPOST.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia.
What size should I order?
We have provided a size guide on our website to help you determine which size is best for you. We always want our items to fit our customers perfectly and they are generally true to (AU) size. If you need any further assistance, please contact customer care on info@goddessactivewear.com.au and we will happily assist you.
What payment options do you have?
We accept Visa/Mastercard, PayPal and After pay.
Which shipping options are available and what are the shipper costs? / How long will it take my order to arrive?
AUSTRALIA
We offer Standard and Express Shipping for Australia customers. It will cost $10.00 for STANDARD SHIPPING (2-8 Business days after dispatch) AND $15.00 EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-4 Business days after dispatch). Free shipping for orders over $150.
INTERNATIONAL
We offer Standard flat rate shipping for international orders.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
DUTIES & TAXES
For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note that GODDESS ACTIVEWEAR COLLECTIVE cannot cover the cost of import duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office. GODDESS ACTIVEWEAR COLLECTIVE will not be held responsible for customs delays, duties or taxed that may apply.
PLEASE NOTE
- GODDESS ACTIVEWEAR COLLECTIVE cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- GODDESS ACTIVEWEAR COLLECTIVE are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
- If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.
- Due to the recent global implications of the Coronavirus, limitations on deliveries and extra precautions, such as quarantine, are causing some delays on shipping. Our couriers have advised that alternative solutions have been implemented to keep services moving at a reasonable pace whilst following precautionary measures as necessary.

What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your Goddess Activewear Collective items as much as we do, but for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns on all full priced items for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We are able to accept your return provided when:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is returned in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn in the original condition. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with make up or tanning products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition.
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
- All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.
How do I return my order? Are returns free?Please contact our customer care team at info@goddessactivewear.com.au
They will issue you with a returns form. Please fill out the returns form and include it in the parcel. All returning items will be at the returners cost and will be issued a store credit.
How do I care for my Goddess Activewear Collective products?
All of our items are fixed with a care label that gives you washing and care instructions.
My Item has become damage after wear
We’re sorry to hear your item has become damaged after wear. Please attach an image of the damaged item in an email to info@goddessactivewear.com.au
We will have our customer care staff review the item and get back to you.
Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?
All orders are final. So please be careful with your choices on checkout.
